1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jillasia platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jillasia Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jillasia ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jillasia Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jillasia or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jillasia Platform or any other gaming platform operated by the Company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jillasia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jillasia Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The required registration details include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

jillasia employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillasia account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

jillasia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jillasia that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify jillasia immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jillasia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by jillasia.
• Do not access your jillasia account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

5. Deposits

All deposits made to your jillasia account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillasia accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are generally credited to your jillasia account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jillasia does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

jillasia reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the Company will cooperate fully with relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform, subject to jillasia's withdrawal verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are displayed on the cashier page.

Before any withdrawal is processed, jillasia may require you to complete KYC verification. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

jillasia aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.

Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements described above.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jillasia offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jillasia promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: jillasia reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the jillasia Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are available within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

jillasia reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error on the Platform. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. The Company's decision on the validity of any bet is final.

For sports betting markets, jillasia follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, jillasia will refer to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, or the relevant boxing or sabong authority).

Bets placed after the official start time of an event (late bets) may be voided at jillasia's discretion. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds and may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillasia Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favor without reporting them to jillasia.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jillasia account.

jillasia cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information where required by law or court order.

10. Responsible Gaming

jillasia is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jillasia's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillasia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jillasia does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jillasia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, jillasia's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jillasia's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

jillasia collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jillasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillasia will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jillasia's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to the support team, and jillasia will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jillasia from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
